Smart tips for losing weight fast

Smart tips to lose weight quickly

There was a time when the thought of losing weight didn't even occur in our society.

People ate what Mom cooked and went to work. The difference between that society and today's society is that the work was not behind a computer screen, but standing in the fields or on a warehouse floor.

People worked physically because it was the only way to work. In fact, that's why it was called work! It was often at that time that people could eat whatever they wanted because they burned many more calories than they consumed.

Seriously, if you think about it, how many farm workers, cowboys and ranchers were fat? There weren't many. Think about their lifestyles.

They got up, had coffee and breakfast, went to work, came home for breakfast, went back to work, came home for dinner, and went to bed early enough to get up in the morning and start over the next day.

In the meantime, they were out in the sunshine and fresh air and consumed fresh water throughout the day. It's really a healthy lifestyle.

Unfortunately, most people now work sitting indoors, still eating three meals a day, but they have to do it so fast that they don't even have time to taste it.

Our lifestyles have changed drastically and our comfort has increased tenfold. As they say, every rose has its thorns and, for our society, our desire for a comfortable life and to work less begins to show on the waist.

That's why today, "fat" and "weight loss" is such an important aspect of our lives. We are fatter now than we have ever been. The phrase "weight loss programs" will catch the attention of anyone who hears a conversation or watches television.

In fact, it is one of the most popular keywords searched for on the Internet today.

And it's no wonder considering how negatively spiraling our society is today.

And the hardest challenge of weight gain is that the more weight you gain, the harder it is to change bad habits and the more dangerous it becomes for your health.

Being overweight calls for disease, either in the form of diabetes or a heart problem. It is bound to happen if you do nothing about being overweight.

You need to be proactive about weight gain and you need to work at eliminating it until you get to a point where you no longer need to control it, but rather simply make healthy habits a way of life.

It's not necessarily about being harmonious and sculpted, having chocolate bar abs (unless that's your goal, which we can also help you with), but you need to be at least at a weight that is not a threat to your life.

You can work on "perfect" abs later, but you need to get rid of excess body fat right away.

Because society understands what is going on and we are generally overweight, people try to make up for lost time and work at home.

They are trying to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. These tips that I will share with you in this article focus on different "little things" that you can do to address the weight gain factors that we are all fighting.

It's amazing how these small changes in your life can help you easily lose five, ten, twenty-five or more pounds and they all revolve around eating right and keeping your body in shape by
movement.

So let's get started. As we go through each of these 5 quick (and clever!) weight loss tips, think about your own lifestyle, your daily schedule and look for ways you can fit them into your day.

Write down the ones that will really raise an eyebrow and outline your strategy to put some actions in place.

Reinforce these small changes each day until they become a habit and then repeat the program for the next tips.

In no time at all, you'll develop healthy habits that will come naturally and help you achieve your long-term weight loss goals.

SMART DRINKING TIPS

First of all, people don't realize that what they drink is the first step to losing weight. In fact, most people don't realize that when they are hungry, they may actually be dehydrated and that they are actually thirsty, not hungry.

Water is your best friend. 70% of your body weight is just water. That's also why water plays such a big role in weight control. So, that said...

TIP #1: Drink ice water this way

Yes, you know that you need to drink about 8 glasses of water a day so your body can burn fat and flush toxins out of your system.

But a study from Germany found that ice water is absorbed more quickly by the body and increases your metabolism by about 30% for 2-3 hours because of the work your body has to do to raise your body's energy level.
the temperature of the ice water to normal body temperature.

You can do this at different times of the day... Take a large glass of ice water as soon as you get out of bed in the morning and it will combat the dehydration your body has been in for the last 6-8 hours, get your metabolism out of its drowsiness and start your fat dissolving day!

You can also try this about an hour after your breakfast, which gives your body a little "wake-up call", just when many people start to fall asleep, in response to the carbohydrates in their breakfast - although I don't think that's a good idea.
does not recommend a high carbohydrate breakfast - we'll talk more about that later.

Also, the reason I say drink water ONE hour after your lunch is to allow your digestive system to work without being overly diluted by water.

Remember, stomach acid is there for a reason and diluting it with too much water is not necessarily the best thing for digestion.

TIP #2: Drink hot cocoa, but ONLY this homemade recipe

If you have a soft spot for chocolate, it will not only help you survive... it will burn MORE fat in the process.

In addition, this blend is BOOSTED with the super-potent antioxidants of cocoa, which can fight the aging process, control blood sugar levels and help maintain healthy blood pressure.

Let's go... buy unsweetened organic cocoa powder (NOT pre-packaged hot chocolate junk food which is usually filled with sugar, corn syrup solids and hydrogenated oils) and mix a large tablespoon with 300-350 ml of unsweetened almond milk (or if you prefer, you can use water,
coffee or tea infused with unsweetened chocolate as a liquid base) in a small saucepan over VERY low heat.

You can also use a whisk to mix the cocoa well. I like to add 2 teaspoons of canned coconut cream to add more healthy fats to this delicious hot cocoa.

You can find cans of organic coconut milk in the Asian aisles of all grocery stores. Add a little stevia and a touch of vanilla extract while stirring over low heat and within minutes you'll have a delicious mug of creamy, frothy and healthy hot cocoa - without all the sugar and trans fats found in a classic cocoa blend.

Bonus tip for healthy hot cocoa: If you like coffee, feel free to use organic coffee as a liquid base to make this hot cocoa or use a dash of espresso in the final hot cocoa to give it a mocha flavor.

The antioxidants in coffee are different from those in cocoa and work synergistically to give you a punch.
even more powerful antioxidant!

Choose organic cocoa and organic coffee if you can because always remember that pesticide residues that may be in conventional versions of any food can cause estrogenic effects in both men and women, which only makes fat loss harder.

Pesticides are a form of what are called "xenoestrogens" and have many negative consequences in your body in addition to causing difficult weight loss.

The more consumers demand organic products, the more prices may eventually go down. This is a change in our society that should have already taken place.

TIP #3: The hot and healthy cappuccino

If you're one of those sweet coffee drinkers who frequent Starbucks every day, you should know that you take in over 600 calories (mostly sugar) in this "Venti Milk Chocolate Mocha".

That's like eating two giant slices of chocolate cake!

Instead, for a healthier, fat-burning cappuccino, make your own dark coffee and add a little coconut cream and a small amount of vanilla or chocolate whey powder, mix gently in a blender or with a hand whisk.

Remember to choose a naturally sweetened protein powder, as almost all of the cheap protein powder drugs in most stores contain artificial sweeteners.

With this coffee blend, you'll get all the taste of expensive commercial cappuccino brands that make you fat, but with a bite of fat burning, muscle nourishing protein.

Plus, the tandem of coffee and cocoa gives you a powerful punch of antioxidants.

TIP #4: Drink a cup of coffee before training

If you are a caffeinated coffee drinker, the short burst of energy you receive will help you stay motivated for your workout, decrease your feeling of fatigue during training (so you can train longer and more easily).

It is moderately thermogenic to help you burn more fat. Studies have shown that moderate doses of caffeine before intense training can improve strength and cardiovascular circulation during training.

Again, don't abuse caffeine over the long term, as your body will demand more and more of it as time passes to get the same effect.

I personally like to stick to ONLY one cup of coffee a day (and I don't drink coffee at all for 1-2 days a week), to make sure I don't get addicted to the
caffeine over the long term.

In addition, some people may experience adrenal fatigue from excessive caffeine use combined with stress, so be careful that it doesn't backfire on your weight loss goals: adrenal fatigue can involve unbalanced cortisol levels at the wrong times of the day.

This is another reason why I prefer to stay at very controlled, moderate doses of caffeine and not overdo it.

Simply put, if you take several cups of coffee a day and you're also taking stimulant supplements, you're probably overdoing the caffeine.

Keep a more strategic use of caffeine and in fact you will reap the benefits of caffeine instead of its drawbacks.

TIP #5: Drink green tea

Green tea has been used as a medicine in China for over 4,000 years. It helps the digestive system and can help an overfilled stomach. It has been linked to a reduced risk of cancer.

But for weight loss, EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), the most important nutrient in green tea, maintains high levels of norepinephrine in your body to keep your metabolism pumped up.

A study published in the Journal of Nutrition even reported that subjects who drank green tea during their
training lost significantly more abdominal fat than those who do not.

The health and weight loss benefits of drinking green tea are enormous. If you are looking for optimal health and a slimmer body, drink green tea several times during the day.

It certainly won't hurt your fat loss efforts.
